Napoli’s is a high end Clothing Store in Williamsville, NY. We work hard to make sure all our customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Personalized customer service has always been our number one priority.

As we continue to grow, we are adding to our professional team. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, reliable individual with exceptional customer service to help continue our values.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Sales Associate during, before and after sales.
• Attending to store merchandise (Displaying, pressing shirts, folding, etc.)
• Maintaining and organizing the sales floor.
• Be collaborative, dependable and respectful; communicate positively regarding store management and company strategies.
• Perform all regular cleaning duties and tasks. (Empty garbage, dust, vacuum, sweep etc.)
• Fill-in back stock merchandise and store supplies.
• Gift wrapping.
• Accurately process sales by processing cash, credit cards and correctly operate point of sale system.
• Provide superior level of prompt, efficient and courteous customer service.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self motivated with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to dress professional for store image.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Pending Schedule:

Tues: 10-6:30pm

Thursday: 10-6:30pm

Friday: 10-6:30pm

Saturday: 10-6pm

(Occasionally Mondays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
